Purchasing Assistant

Our customer located in Middleburg Heights is currently seeking a Purchasing Assistant to work at their location. Founded in 1984, this company has been the industry leader in manufacturing high quality code fasteners, bolting solutions, precision machining, construction products, and reverse engineering services for commercial nuclear, fossil power plants, the Department of Energy, the Department of Defense, Original Equipment Manufacturers, and the industrial market for over 30 years.

Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm
$20.00/hr

What you will do:

Data Entry
Negotiation of products
Purchasing in a manufacturing environment
Experience with ERP/MRP systems
Experience in Consumable/Miscellaneous purchases

What you need:

Ability to strategically think
Strong attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
Negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
