We are seeking an experienced quality technician to join the team in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Responsibilities:

         Responsible for the daily inspection/parts review of incoming, in process and outgoing product and associated functions (calibration gage control etc.).

         Assists with devising inspection set ups, gauges, devices, procedures and oversees their application.

         Inspect parts in support of operation needs as required through Incoming and Final Inspection.

         Provide feedback to the operators as required

         Assure parts and processes are moving in a timely fashion.  This includes daily maintenance and monitoring of the quality relation TCM A codes to assure all parts are moving timely through the shop floor.

         Complete the following inspections: incoming inspection, ultrasonic inspection, in process inspection, final inspection, and liquid penetrant inspection.

         Submit routing foundry checks and record results.  Notify proper personnel if out of compliance.

         Maintains the Calibration Program including cost controls.

         Main facilitator for the IRR System and its documentation and Material Review Board.

         Timely IRR daily entry and update on IRR activity

         Preliminary investigation of IRR especially toward determination of root cause.

         Determines reasons for defects and deviations and provides recommendations on repairs.

         Responsible for the maintenance and documentation of the Long Term Hold Cabinet.

         Daily IRR costing in IRR activity review and update.

         Performs and reports on layered and internal audits throughout the facility.

         Responsible for organization and oversight

         Maintains the QA Lab and MRB areas for safety and standards compliance

Qualifications:

        Minimum of 5 years within a manufacturing environment.

        GD&T knowledge.

        Requires thorough knowledge of materials, quality tools and gauges.

        Able to read and interpret intricate prints.

        Understands what gauges are applicable to specific measurements; and hot to use them.

        Computer conversant in Excel & Word.  Will need to acquire TCM experience.

        Knowledge and experience using precision measuring instruments.

        Certification within Quality a plus.

Shift, Pay, and Benefits:

         1st shift  8A-4P Monday-Friday

         $18/hr.-$20/hr. BOE
