Job Description
Play a critical role in supporting production goals and maintaining high company standards when you become a Quality Technician for a facility who specializes in manufacturing standard motor products, custom engineered components in Milwaukee, WI.
As a Quality Technician, you will complete inspections based on engineering drawings and control plan details in our quality database. You will collect and enter data, participate in Gage R&R studies, and assist in manufacturing operations with basic inspection methods and containment of non-conforming materials. Use your experience as a Quality Technician in Calibration, Quality Control,

What Matters Most to a Quality Technician:
- Pay of $21-$25 per hour depending on experience
- Temp to Hire opportunity with potential for career growth and stability
- Onsite position located in Milwaukee, WI
- 1st shift 7 am-3:30 pm
Your New Role: As a Quality Technician, you will complete inspections based on engineering drawings and control plan details in our quality database. You will collect and enter data, participate in Gage R&R studies, and assist in manufacturing operations with basic inspection methods and containment of non-conforming materials.
Quality Technician Will Need:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Knowledge and ability to recognize GD&T callouts on prints
- Ability to read gauges such as Optical Comparator, Spring Force Tester, Gage Balls, Concentricity Gages, Thread Micrometer, Bore Gages
- Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting to 50lbs.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
