We have partnered with a prominent Tampa Bay Real Estate and Design Build Development Company in the search for a dynamic, high profile, multifamily project Real Estate Development Manager to join their team. The position will be located in their downtown St. Petersburg office. The company is expanding it s team and this is the perfect time for the right individual to join one of the area s leading Real Estate Development Companies. This is a direct hire opportunity!

Responsibilities
Collaborate with owner on site research, identification, selection, and acquisition process
Prepare letters of intent for properties
Negotiate contracts related to the acquisition of properties
Develop project proformas
Prepare market and feasibility studies for properties under consideration for purchase
Understand and keep up with current market trends and property sales forecast
Establish and maintain business relationships
Look continuously for cost savings opportunities and areas to improve for future projects
Manage multiple properties at the same time through the site selection and acquisition process
Utilize best practices


Skills & Experience
MBA in Real Estate Development
BA in Finance is a plus but not required
Five plus years of direct experience in real estate development
Ability to create and evaluate real estate proformas
Strong working knowledge of building design and project development
Experience with financial underwriting for project budgets and proformas for multifamily, condominium, and townhome developments
Expansive knowledge of the Tampa Bay Real Estate market
Must be organized and meticulous with a proactive and collaborative approach
Excellent verbal, written communication, and networking skills
