Receptionist
$19 - $20/hr. | Research Blvd.
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Temp-To-Hire
We're seeking a professional, reliable and organized Receptionist who can make a great first impression on their clients and guests. Our client provides all-inclusive office spaces, meeting spaces, and virtual office services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a natural ability for taking pride and accountability in their work. A positive and energetic attitude is needed to greet guests/visitors. Receptionist’s Responsibilities:
● Answer incoming calls from customers for all locations. Calls are centrally located.
● Conduct tours of cubicle spaces or meeting rooms for rent or lease purposes
● Provide a tour of the conference rooms and office space rentals for hosting virtual meetings
● Takes initiative and ownership including managing the office and providing support to the clients
● Contributes to the overall revenue of the location by identifying opportunities to promote products and
services
A Successful Reception Will Need:
● High School or GED
● Able to answer, transfer calls, and take phone messages in a professional manner
● Customer service experience - phone and in-person
● Must be helpful, professional, and display a confident demeanor
● Professional and comfortable in both face-to-face and phone interactions
● Confident in speaking to the customers and answering questions in a professional manner
● Must be willing to learn and have a positive demeanor
● Knowledge of office spaces and conference room arrangements, upon receiving your training
● Strong customer service and interaction skills
● Engaging, helpful, friendly, and have a professional personality
● MS Office and MS Excel
● Have a “business sense” with a “no waste” attitude
● Highly organized, strategic thinker using good communication
