Job Activities and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the reception area
- Greets and checks guests in and out
- Displays masterful knowledge of the Inn and knows the hours of operations across the property
- Accurately enters point of sale data and quickly checks guests out
- Promotes the items from the gift shop, packages, specials anywhere on the property as well as gift cards/certificates
- Provides gracious tours to visitors
- Attends and participates in all team meetings
- Maintains a polished and professional image
- Assists other support team members when asked
- Participates in all aspects of marketing/special events
- Mentors/trains new team members to help them grow
- Ability to communicate with guests
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Able to walk up and down stairs multiple times during the day

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in front line guest service (hospitality and retail highly desired)
- High school diploma or equivalant
Basic computer skills and aptitude for mastering the software
- Good selling abilities
- Flexible schedule
- Professional image with gracious, warm, and genuine personality
- Good organizational skills and follow through
- Able to multi-task and improvise on the spur of the moment
- Bilingual
