Seeking 2 Remote Recruiters: SAP IT Recruiter (SAP experience required), and an IT Recruiter (DOD experience required/ SAP experience preferred). Must be based in the US; preferably in the Tampa, FL area).Full/Part time, Contract/Contract to Hire. Most recruitment work will be done in Washington D.C. metro area and NJ.

SAP IT Recruiter Key Responsibilities

Search for candidates through various sources, including passive channels and networking, to find the best SAP candidates * Sort through received applications *Conduct screening interviews * Negotiate hourly rates and salaries * Format candidate resumes * Manage relationships with third party vendors * Provide timely follow up and correspondence

SAP IT Recruiter Qualifications

5+ years of high-level technical recruitment experience * Proven recruiting ability in fast paced recruiting environment (handling multiple requisitions) through sourcing, selection, client and candidate relationship management - Permanent / Contract Staffing Experience is mandatory - Strong track record of placing SAP candidates - Ability to build credibility at all levels and proactively network to establish relationships * Sound understanding of IT required * Deep knowledge of the recruitment market in either a specific geography or functional area relevant to SAP * Closing the positions within the stipulated time * Recruiters with current active roster of SAP candidates to leverage existing networks is highly desirable.

IT (DOD) Recruiter Key Responsibilities

Search for and recruit the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications * Pre-screen candidates by phone to determine experience and skill level * Negotiate salaries with candidates * Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidates experience and job requirements * Arrange client interviews and work with HR team to complete the required paperwork if the candidate is selected * Ensure that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.

IT (DOD) Recruiter Qualifications

3+ years of experience in staffing US Federal positions * Expertise in W2 and C2C hiring * Expert in active searches using US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Social networking sites), and passive searches.
