The Administrative Assistant is responsible for preparing documentation and completing tasks necessary for a successful relocation transaction and more duties located below.

 

Job Duties for Relocation Assistant:

  • Receive, distribute, copy/scan and upload mail and documents to our network.
  • Prepare appropriate internal and external communications and distribute after reviewed and approved.
  • Create and review documents for accuracy.
  • Prepare and send orders to service partners.
  • Input data into the NEI Global Relocation database system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain files, both physical and electronic, in an orderly fashion
  • Provide coverage at our front reception desk.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one-year office experience and some college.        
  • Preferred office experience would be in the fields of real estate (sales, appraisals, loan processing, title) or relocation (household goods moving or relocation company)
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm and ten-key by touch
  • Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, flexible, and reliable
