DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative support
  • Proficiency in Excel is a MUST
  • Work well under pressure and deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and multitaskwith strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a positive and professional demeanor
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? 
As the Sales Coordinator, you will communicate with internal and external clients while supporting the Sales team.  This is a great opportunity to jumpstart your career in an organization with an international supply chain.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?  
  • Manage customer documents to ensure information is entered correctly
  • Communicate with customers and vendors directly via email and phone
  • Create invoices and send them to customers directly
  • Process Vendor Payables for accuracy and communicate with the Accounting Department
  • Collaborate with vendors regarding pricing for new clients
  • File and organize documents into appropriate folders
