DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
  • Experience using industry tools (9 Block, etc.) to identify leadership potential
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and delivering effective training programs using various methodologies and technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Prefer experience within agriculture and food manufacturing
  • Prefer bi-lingual - English and Spanish
  • Ability to travel, both daily and overnight – 25%
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS SENIOR MANAGER OF LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT?
  • Create and maintain a system to identify leadership for all levels of the organization
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of all learning and development programs
  • Coordinate planning, scheduling, and logistics of training programs, continuously improving based on feedback and industry trends
  • Implement and oversee a learning management system (LMS)
  • Work with operational leadership to develop and maintain a comprehensive on-the-job training programs for ALL roles
