Job Description

This company has been in business for over 20 years and consists of 3 generations working in the industry.
Duties of the service coordinator:
- Service job billing-prepare, send, and file invoices
- Statements and collections for all customers and sales orders
- Prepare quotes for service jobs
- Manage and maintain customer files
- Create customer reports and service agreements
- Time sheet management for labor hours and PTO
- Administrative projects as needed to assist the operations manager
What to expect as the service coordinator:
- M-F 8am-5pm schedule
- Pay starting at $49,000
