Our client has been a leading gas detection manufacturer and distributor for over 35 years. Due to increasingly high demand, we are currently searching for a dependable and motivated candidate to fill their open Service Facilitator role.
Interfaces with customers in a professional manner to issue Return Material Authorization numbers, provide product information & pricing, and obtain purchase order or credit card information for payment.
Enter RMA data into the CRM
Processes all equipment returned for service and repair received from the warehouse including logging of returned equipment into the CRM
Generates, maintains, and professionally conveys Service Agreements, Quotations, and Service Reports in accordance with the requirements of the Service Manager.
Maintains the Sensor Exchange program to include customer records, sensor storage, shipping details, requests for return, and timely scheduling and initiation of in-house sensor calibrations.
Generates purchase requisitions for material as directed by the Service Manager
Uses Minx System to produce sales order and shipping documentation
Records and maintains service personnel product training records
Assists in collection of payment information for service work
High attention to detail.
High School diploma/GED
Bi-lingual ( English / Spanish)
Ability to use PC, CRM data entry and spreadsheet applications
Type 40 WPM
Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Excel
Min. 1 year work experience working with instrumentation manufacturing environment
Min. of 2 years of prior experience interfacing with internal / external customers preferably with technical products
Min. of 2 years Customer Service experience Required
