Short-Term and Long-Term Assignments
Resource Staffing is getting ready for the summer, which means we are getting ready to have a heavy demand for receptionists for summer coverage. This means we NEED you! Working short and long-term assignments allows you to get your foot in the door, increase your skills, and earn extra income while offering you great flexibility!
We are seeking organized Receptionists to join our team to assist with client receptionist vacancies due to summer travel. Various tasks include answering incoming calls, light typing, and greeting guests. You will also be responsible for leaving a good, first impression on our clients. Basic Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Answering, screening, and forwarding telephone calls
- Collecting, sorting, distributing, and preparing mail and courier deliveries
- Greeting walk-in customers and other visitors and escorting them to specific destinations including badging
- Obtaining or sending information or documents using Microsoft Office
- Monitoring visitors' access
Front Desk Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma at minimum
- Pleasant attitude and telephone etiquette
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Able to greet office guest
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Basic typing speed 30 + words per minute
