You will obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of period close, required reports, and journal entries to create and support processes that meet the required deadlines, prepare with SOX testing quarterly and bi-annually, and drive effective accounting solutions that improve the company’s standard of excellence.

Staff Accoountant Skills, Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance is required
- 2 – 3 years of accounting experience is not required but is highly preferred
- Essential knowledge of GAAP and statutory accounting concepts and principles is required
- Exposure to enterprise resource planning software, HFM, and SmartView is a strong plus
