Staff Accountant

Immediate permanent opportunity for a Staff Accountant, ideally with experience in a CPA Firm. This firm is growing fast and just coming off a very successful acquisition and integration. They are known as a true client advocate and care organization, and this role is crucial to keeping that reputation and furthering growth potential.

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

• Strong experience in client bookkeeping & payroll processing

• Strong experience with QuickBooks Pro & Online + exposure to multiple payroll processing systems

• Accounting Degree would be a HUGE bonus

WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

You will present a strong solution to your client list and help the firm continue to add business, creating a more profitable organization overall.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?  

• Lead both "Live Payrolls" and "After the fact Payrolls" for client companies

• A-Z accounting & bookkeeping work for your clients, including month-end & year-end processing  + pre-work for the income tax preparation

• Special client and internal projects as assigned
