Job Description

A Des Moines local boutique public accounting firm is looking for you to join their team as a Staff Accountant. In this role, you will be in charge of individual and business tax returns, client bookkeeping, and client payroll.

WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?

DIRECT HIRE
ONSITE
50-55 hrs/week during busy season – great summer/flex hours off season
$50000 to $60000 per year depending on experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
Current CPA or CPA route required
Min 1 years of experience in a public accounting firm doing similar responsibilities required

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Individual and business tax returns
Manage client bookkeeping and general accounting functions
Process payroll for clients
