DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration or management, and substantial experience with a previous background in Procurement / Supply Chain / International Operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8+ years of experience working in the manufacturing industry
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in D365 / SRM P2P processes and Spend Analytics tools (preferred)
Result-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of products through our supply chain, from sourcing to delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing and improving all aspects of the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet customer demands.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Develop and execute a strategic supply chain plan that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
Manages the evaluation and execution of significant subcontracts related to material deliveries, costs, and risks.
Manages the evaluation and execution of subcontracted services for various project tasks or operational integration of third-party services
Source and select reliable suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality materials and components
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to enable effective inventory planning and resource allocation
Lead and mentor of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Identify cost savings opportunities within the supply chain and implement strategies to reduce operational expenses.
