The Reserves Network is a full service staffing firm specializing in light industrial, manufacturing, and office placement. Clearwater, FL. area company needs a CSR with an experienced "System Specialist- Service Technician" background.  This will be mainly a CSR Position.......

1st shift 8:30am-5pm.
Pay $20-$25/hr.
Temp to hire for the right candidate.

Duties Include:
Design turnkey systems for customers according to their specifications-work closely with sales reps; ensure clients requirements are met.
Assemble, test, package, ship systems accurately and in a timely manner.
Process systems orders through computer.
Responsible for inventory of system parts and make sure adequate levels are in stock.
Package items efficiently to ensure a safe delivery to customers.
Communicate with customer service and shipping regarding shipment of items.
Build turnkey systems and other displays for in-house use (tradeshows/marketing).
Inspect injector pumps in test area and determine site of failure.
Physically disassemble unit to determine broken or missing parts.
Diagnose cause of failure and prepare estimate.
Complete pick ticket by determining parts and labor required, as well as condition and cause.
Repair unit, test unit on in-house test bench for proper function.
Run BOM and build kits.
Assist in shipping and receiving when needed.
Keep manager informed of problems with product defects, individual customers with units or installations, low quantities of spare parts or units, ordering supplies or equipment.

Requirements Include:
4 year degree required and a minimum of 3-5 years mechanical design experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication skills and able to work independently.
Self-motivated and must be able to effectively balance a large work load.
Excellent follow-up with the ability to follow through to completion.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and multi-task on multiple projects.
Able to read blueprints, understand engineering documents, and work closely with members of the engineering, operations and purchasing team.
Systems and creative thinking capabilities.
Efficient with Microsoft desktop applications (i.e.; Excel, Word, Power Point, Access) and experience in computer-aided drafting and design with particular emphasis on AutoCAD and Solidworks
Strong understand of Process Flow, MRP/ERP systems, understanding of design for all manufacturing principals, and bills of material generations.
A working understanding of strengths of materials with the capability of performing design strength calculations very helpful.
