Your New Role:
- Handle daily systems administration duties, encompassing Windows servers, networking, telephony, nurse call systems, security systems, and other diverse peripheral systems within the organization.
- Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of vital information assets.
- Efficiently address and complete work orders and assigned projects in line with department goals.
- Provide dedicated hardware and software support for PCs, printers, and other network devices.
- Manage and maintain the organization's telephone, voicemail, and fax systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and different departments to support specialty systems.
Your Experience:
- Proficient in team collaboration while upholding integrity and maintaining confidentiality.
- Able to work flexible hours to support installations, repairs, or upgrades during off-peak times.
- Possess strong communication skills in English and offers exceptional customer service.
- Hold an Associate's degree in PC hardware, network management, or a related field; or equivalent certification and/or experience.
- Strong Knowledge of Windows Server
- SQL Database Administration Experience
