Technical Support/Sales Representative
Are you someone who is customer service orientated, productive, reliable, and efficient?  If yes, then this is the job for you. Our client is a manufacturer. Our partner is looking for a Technical Support/Sales Representative.  As a Technical Support/Sales Representative you will be providing customer service, technical support, and sales generation. 
What You Will Do:
  • Provide customer service transactions, including but not limited to: equipment troubleshooting, call handling, billing, service, and equipment inquires and all other customer transactions.  Handles own customer escalations and minimizes transfers.
  • Review customer account information while on calls to identify and match customer’s needs with the appropriate product/or service.
  • Develop rapport and relationship with customers quickly through provision of excellent service.
  • Sales, as it relates to offering, quoting, and closing, including cold calling.
  • Other duties as directed, requested, or assigned.
  • In this role, you will provide Tier 1 Help Desk support, system troubleshooting, RMA diagnosis and repair services to our customers. 
What You Will Need:
  • 2 years’ experience working on Helpdesk, in IT or Telecommunications, or similar technical function.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional phone etiquette/presence.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, technical skills and computer skills.
  • Experience generating new business and cold calling.
  • High School diploma, or with sufficient supplemental work experience in Customer Service and Sales.
