Test Technician / Content Auditor

Leading provider of infection prevention and other procedural products and services in Mentor since 1985. The company is focused primarily on healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical device Customers.

Position entails auditing and testing all online training content to test functionality and ensure it is ready for launch on a mobile device

         $18-20/hr based on experience

         1st shift 8AM 5PM

Duties include:

         Will perform user acceptance testing (UAT) following a set protocol for all online training content created by Sales Training team to ensure it is ready for a mobile environment. Testing will be performed using iOS and Android mobile devices, ensuring the content is optimized for mobile deployment

         Will record results of testing and provide weekly reports for Senior Manager, Sales Training

         Maintains accurate, up-to-date, and organized records throughout the course of the project

         Will assist the Sales Training Team in launching online learning content

         Assists in providing and maintaining accurate course and curriculum information regarding Sales Training on the internal LMS portal

         Maintains confidential class records and department Policies and Procedures

         Will perform other duties as assigned that will come up through the term of the assignment


         An Associates degree in Education, HR, Business or Life Sciences preferred, or progress toward and Associates and / or Bachelors degree

         Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. is required

         Experience working with iOS and Android operating systems with mobile devices and tablets is required

         Demonstrated experience in auditing content utilizing set criteria is required

         Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) is helpful

         Experience in a training environment preferred

         Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication

         Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated proficiencies in time management, organizing data and preparing reports is required

         Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and high-quality standards

         Must be a highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively with little supervision

         Ability to complete projects in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
