Job Description
Tool Room Machinist
The Reserves Network is currently in search of a Tool Room Machinist to work at a well-established customer located on the Westside of Cleveland. This company is a full-service manufacture of stampings, wire forms and springs. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting tooling necessary for the manufacturing process.
Duties Include:
- A strong understanding of the planning and construction of tools, does, fixtures, and gages.
- Machine parts needed using CNC Mills, Manual Mills, Surface Grinders, Lathes, and other various types of Tool Room equipment.
- Create CNC programs from sketches, part prints or CAD geometry.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements Include:
- Previous experience as a Tool Room Machinist is required.
- Must be able lift, push, pull up to 50lbs.
- Ability to learn quickly and be detailed oriented.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with a sense of urgency.
- Must possess strong attention to detail and be a self-starter.
