WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
- 1-year CONTRACT position with possibility of extension or option to hire
- Flexible HYBRID schedule for candidates local to Omaha, NE – 1 day per week in office
- SALARY: $55 per hour - $63 per hour with some flexibility based on skills and experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in education and experience
- Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.)
- Experience with user research methods and techniques
- 5+ years related work experience
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
- Design experience in mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and software development practices and procedures
- Experience working in application lifecycle management tools such as DevOps, JIRA, or Rally
- Experience working within a Content Management System such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Insurance industry and product knowledge
WHAT WILL SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
In this UI/UX Designer role you will use your deep understanding and experience of driving and owning user experience design development to deliver a polished and distinctive branded experience for products and applications.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Ensure that the products and experiences you deliver meet customer needs
- Create intuitive, high-quality, and seamless customer experiences for a variety of internal and externally facing applications
- Serve as a key contributor for the design strategy for multiple digital products, leveraging data and user research, as well as keeping up to date with modern design trends
- Apply user-centered design principles and techniques to partner with software delivery teams to inform and improve solution design
- Interact with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers and BA/QA professionals to develop a shared understanding of business and user goals
