Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm | Salary: $16-$18 an hour
A non-profit organization is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Support Services Assistant to join their team.
Your New Role:
As a Support Service Assistant, you are responsible for assisting with drive-through distributions and check distributions for a manufacturing client in Houston, Texas.
What You Will Do:
- Assist with vehicle traffic control or walk-in traffic control.
- Assist with event setup.
- Assist with pick-ups, deliveries, and apartment setups.
- Other duties as assigned by the Purchasing and Support Services Director or Team Coordinators.
What You Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- knowledge on how to use their cell phones to register clients for the pantry.
- Demonstrated success in dealing with diverse people effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a polite, respectable demeanor always and in stressful situations.
- Good driving record.
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to coordinate a variety of activities and multi-task
