Water Jet/ CNC Operator

Want to learn a new CNC skill? We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating high-quality, reliable parts, is driven, and seeks excellence through their work.

Shift: 1st shift

(Monday through Friday 6am-4pm. Occasional Saturdays from 6am-11am)

Pay: $18 - $22 hourly, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Water Jet machine

• Maintains specifications by observing operations; detecting malfunctions; inspecting parts; adjusting controls to keep production moving

• Resolves production problems by altering process to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources

• Ensures smooth operation of equipment; informing maintenance of repairs as needed

• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.

• All aspects of waterjet machine operation

Required Skills:

To be consider for the role, you will need the following:

Minimum of 5 years of experience operating Water Jet/ CNC machines
Setup and operate machine
Proficient in reading and interpreting prints and specifications
Ability to use basic inspection equipment (micrometer, dial calipers, tape measure, steel rule, etc…)
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
Ability to work independently.
Lift up to 55 lbs.
Programming experience a plus
