Job Description

TIG Welder


Our client has been a  specialty product manufacturer for the defense, medical, and aerospace industries in the South Charlotte area for 25 years.  Due to rapid growth and increased demand in their very unique product, we are currently seeking hard working, self-driven, bright, and reliable candidates to fill their open TIG Welder positions.


Duties include:

         TIG Welding in fabrication department per specification.

         Welding on a variety of metals and bends.

         Assisting Production Operators.

         Other fabrication duties as needed.


Requirements include:

         3-5 years of experience in a role with similar or comparable job duties and expectations in a very detailed environment.

         3-5 years of TIG welding.

         Must have a demonstrated work history of reliability and performance.

         High School Diploma or equivalent.

         Ability to thrive in a high-demand environment, switch priorities quickly, and maintain a team-centric attitude are essential to long term success.

         Candidates must have US Citizenship due to exposure of sensitive processes and products.
