Our client has long been recognized for being a dynamic international organization, where high value is placed on customer satisfaction.  They are the partner for customized material handling systems based on new and unique technologies.  Due to their ever growing business, we are currently seeking candidates to fill their Temp-to-hire Welding positions.


Welder Duties include:

                     Reading basic and complex technical drawings and technical specifications.

                     Using general measuring devices and fabricating tools.

                     Using welding and constructional techniques for multiple models.

                     Complete inspection process of windings, return channels, lower ends and final process for multiple models. 

                     Train and mentor new employees


Welder Requirements include:

                     Certificate of training or previous welding/fabrication experience MIG/TIG

                     Knowledge of plasma cutter, measuring devices and hand-tools used in fabrication

                     Knowledge of contemporary productivity techniques

                     Previous forklift experience or certification

                     Previous crane experience or certification


Welder Work Environment:

                     Growth Opportunities

                     Third Shift

                     Overtime is available


                     $16.00 per/hr

                     Shift Differential available

                     Pay increase of $1.00 upon permanent hire
