What Matters Most to a Welder:

Competitive pay ranging from $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for career growth and stability
On-site position located in Sanford, FL
Monday-Friday 6 am – 4:30 pm

Welder Duties and Responsibilities:

As a TIG Welder, you are responsible for production welding
Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
Align components using calipers, rulers, etc. and clamp pieces
Able to set up and operate welding machines, tee presses, and punch machine
Set up and operate the Bridgeport milling machine
Operate plasma cutting machine

Welder Skills and Responsibilities:

Proven experience as a TIG welder
Experience using a variety of welding equipment
Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face shield, gloves, etc.)
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
