DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • CPA, CMA or MBA preferred
  • 5+plus years of controllership and manufacturing experience including management of full-cycle accounting & finance
  • Ability to lead people, develop teams, delegate, and hold others accountable for results.
  • Experience – Power BI, IBP & S&OP; Great Plains, MS Dynamics Business Central 
  • Ability to travel domestically – 30%+ 
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS REGIONAL / DIVISIONAL CONTROLLER?
  • Ensure that all entities’ accounting books within the region are closed, consolidated, and analyzed monthly in a timely mannerPolicies, controls, and procedures are in place, maintained, and followed. 
  • Accurate and timely analyses that enable rational, and data driven decisions for Leadership 
  • In partnership with the Leadership, General Managers, Corporate Controller, VP of Finance, and COO, this person will proactively identify areas for improvement, both short- and long-term strategies concerning profitability, efficiency, and other matters. 
  • Responsible for all financial and accounting matters including general ledger closing, planning, and budgeting, cost accounting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and inventory control. 
  •  High level of leadership skills, accounting and financial acumen, and data and analytic skills
